  • Ramen Noodles
  • Hot & spicy cooking sauce
  • Sesame seeds

Just Add :

  • Diced/sliced chicken breasts or your choice of protein 4 (about 150g each)
  • Diced mixed vegetables (such as red pepper, broccoli and carrots) 200g
  • Vegetable oil 3 Tablespoons
  • Salt and pepper To taste

  • Season the diced chicken with salt and pepper (to taste).
  • Cook the Sun Hee Ramen Noodles according to the instructions on the packaging. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside.
  • In a large frying pan or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over a medium-high heat. Once hot, add the seasoned chicken and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until cooked through and golden. Remove the chicken from the wok and set it aside.
  • In the same wok, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until tender. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper (to taste).
  • Add the cooked chicken and ramen noodles to the saucepan/ wok with the vegetables and stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes, ensuring the noodles are well combined with the veggies.
  • Pour in the hot & spicy sauce and stir together until well coated and the sauce is heated through.
  • Divide into 4 bowls and sprinkle with the sesame seeds.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS :

  • Garnish with sliced spring onions, coriander or a squeeze of lime juice for extra flavour.
